Customer story · Wishlink
Bringing creators on board by phone, in Hindi, and the call limit that came out of it
Wishlink calls creators to bring them on board. Its agents confirm who they are speaking to and say each name properly in Hindi. Running about 20 agents, it asked for a limit on how often one person gets called, and that limit is now in the product.

How Wishlink runs its calling. These are not campaign results.
The job
Wishlink works with creators, and its first onboarding list was mostly on Instagram, with some on YouTube and Facebook. A creator's name is rarely simple: handles, emoji, nicknames and brand pages. An agent has to get past all of that in its first line.
Getting the first line right
Before the first campaign, the 750 names were cleaned up and written in Devanagari, so the agent says them naturally in Hindi. It opens by confirming the creator's handle, so it knows it has the right person before going on.
A limit that became a feature
With about 20 agents calling, one person could hear from several of them in a few days. Wishlink asked for a limit: no one called more than three times in two days, counted across its agents.
Graine built that into workflows. A Check call history step counts the calls placed to a number by any agent in the workspace. A rule on the agents you choose checks that count the moment a call would be placed, whether it comes from a campaign, a retry, the API or a workflow. Over the limit, the call waits instead of ringing.
